CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
A Premium membership is subject to your payment of a monthly fee on a recurring monthly basis. Premium membership fees are fully earned upon payment and are not subject to any refund, credit or offset, pro-rata or otherwise, upon cancellation. Your Premium membership fee will be charged to you, using your payment method on-file, each month on your Membership Billing Date until you cancel your Premium membership. YOU AFFIRMATIVELY CONSENT AND AUTHORIZE BLACK & POLY TO CHARGE YOU ON EACH MEMBERSHIP BILLING DATE FOR YOUR PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR AS LONG AS YOUR PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP CONTINUES. You may cancel your Premium membership online at any time by either (1) emailing us at: [email protected] or (2) logging into your Account through our website, at https://blackandpolydating.com/membership-account-2/, selecting 'Cancel,' and confirming your selection. You must cancel your Premium membership before your next Membership Billing Date in order to avoid being charged the Premium membership fee for the next month.
APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting Black & Poly, you agree that the laws of the state of California, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Black & Poly or its associates.
